ORDERS

We do a little dance for every order we see! Online in-stock orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days (or less!). If there may be a delay in processing your order, we will notify via email.

CUSTOM ORDERS/REQUEST

For the most part, our in-stock stationery is packaged and sold as-is - meaning we can't make any changes to it. However, if you are interested in larger quantities of a particular card, or customizing a specific card, we're happy to send along a quote if it's possible. Drop us a line to chat through your ideas and we're happy to explore options!

SHIPPING

All in-stock items are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, and all custom stationery/printing orders are shipped via UPS Overnight Air Saver (with tracking and insurance). We also welcome pick-ups at our studio in Rolesville, North Carolina - but please give us a call first to make sure we're available to meet you.

Please note for all orders shipped via USPS first class mail, delivery generally takes 3 - 5 business days. We also happily ship to International customers, however we are not responsible for customs regulations or duties that may apply. Please allow at least 10 business days for International orders to arrive.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

REFUNDS

Returns happen, we get it, but let's chat about it! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and unused, and in salable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can't be more sorry for any orders lost by USPS or UPS, but we can try to make you happy! Please eMail us at hello@flutterletterpress.com as soon as possible and we'll look into what happened together.

PRIVACY

We hate spam, too! Canned or otherwise. All of your personal information provided to us on our website is only used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. Your information will never be shared or sold your to any third party.
